Separately, I'm gonna ride Eglin with my son tomorrow morning from Substation. Plan is for KSU at 10:00 for a couple hours of kicking it in the sand. Should be excellent after this afternoon's rain. Maybe grab an IPA and a bite at Ye Ole Brew Brothers afterwards, around 12:30 or so, Anyone wanna join us?

    OG, Thanks for the scoop.

Gimmee...some of the best advice I ever heard was "getting old isn't for pussies ya know" :lol3, just never thought a bunch of us would be living proof of it as quickly as we have.

Anytime you guys want to ride a pedal bicycle, I'll try to keep up with you...just let me know where and when :-).

On the other happenings today i.e. NAS shooting....Thank You to all LEOs and First Responders, you are appreciated not only today but every day!

I'm sure the answer is above my pay grade, but I'd be glad to discuss next time we break bread.........

Why didn't you come see me? Still can.....seriously, with a 12 ton jack pushing, it needs to be welded. Won't take long and it's free :D

Thanks bud. The one I'm using is welded and it's working great. Long story. I brought the first jack along with the 3/4 inch tube to a welding shop down the road. They set me up but when I hooked the jack up to air, no go. I thought the shop damaged the air side of the jack during the welding job. Bought a new pump and did the "welding" myself with my buddy JB. Hooked it up to air and same story, no workie. Did a lot of google-ing and even called Harbor Freight. Lotsa folks said those jacks don't work horizontally. Almost gave up until I found one more video on the virtues of bleeding a bottle jack. Did that and wouldn't you know it, works 4.0. Now I've got an extra 12 ton jack (I un-"welded" the pipe). Thanks again, I really appreciate the offer, and all you sons-of-bitches in the peanut gallery. ; )

Heard that it was hunting season, so BP and SR went searching for a few.

The only "Gators" we could find was in Baker, so SR had his obligatory milkshake and BP his usual Big Bob Burger. Beautiful day for a ride.

Norman Riley was perfect, with no pine straw or other debris to slow us down.:super:super

    Today's Bluepill Riding Safety Tip:

If you find yourself on an Interstate and riding next to a trailer, pull up a bit and check his hitch setup.

If it looks like this, get a bunch of distance between you and Bubba.
