The folks on this thread are correct. The button is just for big adjustments and is actually designed to lock out when you have the phone tight to make it harder to accidentally release.

is it possible to charge the duraforce pro with the homemade pogo pins and this mount?
i'm on the fence, this mount looks bomber but the ram (not xgrip) looks like it'd be easier to jimmy a non micro usb charging system.

If you have a Dremmel and a drill it's do-able if you DIY. You'll need one of the wide arms from the Big Squeeze a couple screws and some Sugru epoxy putty or some other moldable stuff that hardens.

What are the dimensions and weight of the BS and how well does the Buzz Kill work?

Not sure on the dimensions (at work), but can say the Buzz Kill makes a huge difference on my XR650R. I can actually film from my camera phone now and have it be watchable.

Now I have the clamp on my GS and my Beta. The anti-vibe function didn't really do much on the smooth boxer but on the thumper, it really dampens the vibration my phone was going through.

Not to be a goon if this has already been asked but:

I’m looking to get this setup, but can’t tell from the website if I need to just get the Squeeze, or if I have to also get a mount for the Squeeze to clamp on my crossbar.

Does the Squeeze come with a mounting clamp? Or does it just hold the phone. Was confused as to why there is a low-pro mounting plate by itself on the site.

Pretty sure it's just the mount
    Clamp is extra
When I purchased mine it had a ram ball attachment

You’d need to select the low profile clamp option from the drop down on the ps page. The ps can be ordered with or without the various mounting options. But we also sell the mounting options individually in case you want to change how it’s mounted at a later date.

Still trying to find out if I can hardwire some pogo pins onto this, or if the big squeeze would work better. Surely somebody has done this

Does anybody use a big squeeze for their phone (not tablet)? Could you post a pic or 2?
I'm trying to figure if the big squeeze would work better, however I cant seem to find pics of anybody using them.
It appears that the "wings" can be moved around, hard to tell with what pics I can find.

Why would you need a BS for a phone? My Note 8 is pretty big and the PS works just fine. I use it with the phone in portrait orientation and have no issues, but it would allow me to mount it to hold phone in landscape orientation, if I wanted.

Here are a few pics of the Big Squeeze with a Galaxy S7 for reference. I use the BS with my Samsung tablet, but it works fine with my phone in portrait mode when I'm commuting to work or running errands.

I just received my updated version of the Perfect Squeeze and added the Portrait Plate adapter and Buzz Kill. I can't wait to have it mounted on the bike tonight!

BEST Product and Customer Service.... Always!

    Thank you so much!

Hey, @Mondo-Hondo just want to let you know how much I love my Perfect Squeeze! It's worked perfectly for the past few thousand miles with tons of that off-pavement.

Aside question, are you working with GoFast Campers? I came across their product and was really enthralled by the concept and execution of their camper.
