just installed the NEW small rack for 890. At least I think it s a new offering from Perun. Let me first say I ordered part super easy and it arrived DHL from Serbia to USA in 3 days for $23 shipping which is unbelievable good price. USPS, FED ex, UPS cant do shit this past year and take forever and have inflated prices.
Im super impressed with the service, shipping, packaging, pricing and the quality and fit. Top notch company and service. It refreshing.
So here are a few quick pics and Ill snap another ones all bags are on. they seem to fit great with all the location points.

Their shipping in comparison to some domestic vendors is impressive enough. Their products...outstanding.

I already have the first version. Maybe I’ll try and hide it in a sandwich and feed it to Dan.

Did these spacers work? Need to order soon... just concerned that they may be a little off.

They worked with the stock rack. The rack sits flat on the spacers, and seems to be rock solid.

You guys know that Vanasche Motorsports stocks a bunch of Perun stuff so you don’t have to pay freight from Serbia, right?

Got my small rack a few days ago it's just great !

    Thanks :thumb @Perun

Was going to make my own rack first but this one was just soo much nicer than what I ever could have achieved,
and I'm tired of drilling and filing. I'm getting lazy...

Sooooo... I run a Givi Outback Trekker 42L on my bike and apparently it was too heavy for my Altrider tray as I discovered a crack almost all the way across it. I contacted Altrider and they have agreed to give me a "deal" on a new one, not a warranty replacement, as they feel I overloaded it and punched through too many whoop-de-doos with it. I want to use the topcase on mine and my wifes upcoming TAT journey but I kinda don't trust that another Altrider tray won't fail again, eventually anyway. I will have my Mosko panniers on the bike for the trip and will be carrying heavier stuff (tool roll, tire fixins etc...) in those BUT...

Any thoughts on the Perun strength vs. the Altrider?

Can't comment on the Altrider rack at all, but I do have the original Perun rack and bought an adapter kit for my Givi Trekkers. I have used both the double helmet 52L as well as the more reasonably sized 33L. The heaviest thing I have hauled in them is a case of beer, but I can't see anything that could fit in the cases doing any damage at all to the Perun rack. Other things would probably give out before the rack would if I was hauling some ridiculous load for some reason. Get the Perun rack. You'll be happy you did.

Just got my Perun for the 690 and it really seems the business. Obviously that's not a 790, but their style of building is excellent. Second notice to save the freight from Serbia and get your Perun from Vanasche if you're in North America.

And the Perun small billet rack is about 1 - 1.5 lbs lighter than the OE rack/handles.

I have a set of those side luggage rails that I most never install if anyone is looking.
If not, they’ll look just dandy sitting on the shelf of things I may use at some point for some trip.
