    When I lived in Vermont, I'd have to get the old BMW ready for a ride in the winter time by 1st placing a space heater under the oil pan and heat it up for a 1/2 hour. Otherwise, at 10 degrees, the oil would be like molasses and it would be impossible to kick start.
    So, Charles, just get an extension cord, a space heater, and a tarp. You'll be ready to go in 30 minutes!
    p.s., make sure there is good ventilation around the bike, and no gas leaks!

    LOL Thanks, Barry. Just changed the oil on Tuesday, when it was warmer, so it has fresh 5W-40 in it. Think I'm good there. I'll just have to take a heat gun to the lock if it isn't thawed later. May have to start putting the bike in the garage when I'm over at Heather's for the night.
