I have switched to SmugMug and it seems more user friendly and faster than PB to me. However, I do everything on my PC, not my phone.

What OS does your phone use?

If it's iPhone, don't use the app.
This is with an iphone and it only takes one tap, then hold, hit copy and come back here and paste in the square box.

It's a BlackBerry Classic with BB10. So it's a hybrid of sorts that will run certain Android apps that aren't proprietary to Google.

Not exactly. I am a paid PB member. I never lost my photos. i will, however, lose them in August when my subscription is up, unless I pay the ransome. That is why I just switched to ImageSack.

Yes, but how do you select 10 (or more) images, and get the links with tags already there? :dunno

If I could do that, I would have been Smugmug a long time ago. :deal

I know what you mean now and yes, thats what Ive been doing for years in bike builds and rr via PB.
Just have to do it the hard way via SM or you could pay the $400 :lol3
As if we are going to do that!

But really, with SM its two extra clicks per pic to do the same thing.

As others have said around the 'net... I'm surprised they take anything other than Bitcoin.

Deleting my account was kinda fun, though.

Yep. Did the same thing. There was a satisfaction in telling them why also.

I can still link through using PB. This is because I'm a 'paid subscriber of good standing', but my posting privileges will be revoked in December 2018.:(

I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for a service, but if they think I'm gonna spring for four hundred US... I reckon a load of us on better, oops, I mean older bikes will see plenty of good how-to information disappear which will be a massive bummer.

Yahoo (who own Flickr) did something similar to Geocities and that formerly massive web entity no longer exists outside Japan.

This did work for me at least a day or two but now seems to be disabled. I guess thanks PB!

I've been using PB for more than 10 years and have uploaded thousands of pictures shared on various forums - now non of them are showing :becca

$400 a year... are you kidding me :pep

    SmugMug here I come.
Replacing links in various threads and RR's will take up a lot of my time in the coming month...
