Thats why 36. The sign is on the east side by red bluff. Besides the tar snakes and current road construction, its sportbike heaven. One of my top 5 on the whole west coast.
Ah, got it, thanks. Yep, I think I've missed that one. I make a usually-annual trip from Montana to San Francisco or Auburn to visit family. I'll have to try to work 36 into the mix next year. Maybe combine with the Lost Coast, which I really like.
I really like this sign, !GI of course, handmade of wood and whatever paint is used to hand-write the words, it has lasted quite a while here; might be because it is hidden away from the most of the sunlight each day. Might be a mounting for a light bulb at the top under small covering. My 08 WR250 Husky parked here.
First off, lighten up. C’mon, man. Second, that’s not the title of the thread...you’re thinking of Photos of Great Road Signs that YOU actually took. Lighten up, dude.
Tonight I came past this streetname. Was quite surprised really. Location https://goo.gl/maps/5DjepSJKFrgYkwcg6 (Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands)
When we made an archaeological survey of the Minnesota side of the St. Croix, we were calling it the Military Road, if it's the same route.
