    The lads in the RE club cannot believe the Ks I ride. Was a nice ride but bloody Frezzing only saw the sun when I got to Mitta. And the amount of trucks on the Omea to Mitta road had to be seen to be believed and going so fast, I just sat back till they turned off.

    Looking at that pic and assuming the bike hasn't already hit the ground I reckon the chain has come off again ( front sprocket ) and locked up. I see the carbon fibre swing arm has snapped in half in the first photo.

    A little cold tyre, a little dirt, a little wrong angle, a little too little throttle, whatever.

    His race pace is killing them anyway, he wont tootle around to scab a few points, that Honda will be there at the pointy end of the race for sure. Modern painkillers, sexy Thai massage or 3, he'll be fine. Remember he had a complete shoulder rebuild a few weeks before season start, didn't seem to slow him down much.

    Exactly my thoughts.
    The chain had to have come off, no way that was a throttle/tyre issue.
