Exactly my thoughts.
The chain had to have come off, no way that was a throttle/tyre issue.
Waiting for summer to arrive. A spring day and everyone is out making the most of it. Trying out the touring screen, it works. Although not a fan of the size. The good thing is. The screen has quick release mounts and easy to remove.
I just watched practice 2 and they said the tyres were up to temp.
Sweet bike Dan.
Who did the screen come from? And tell us about the pannier frames...
The screen is a multi adjustable one from Madstad. Pannier frames are Hepco & Becker with junior pannier.
The big screen just lifts off. The day to day screen is a small fly screen.
Ok, I found this on fb, a quote from Meoni's mechanic on the factory 950 Dakar bike.
Would love a ride. .
This guy must be have been his mechanic?
so much for the keyboard "engineers" declaring how the 950 is a highly stressed race engine with limited life span. I guess mine's only got 155k on it so I dont eally know how long it'll last either
The chain is as it should be....
Tough way to make a living, and I don’t care how much $$$$$ they make.
I'd have to agree with your comment BOOTLACE about a tough way to make a living.

Very nice Mk 2 R90S, very nearly original.
^^^This post could be titled; "Nev's orphanage for unwanted and abandoned old XR75's..."
He's like the Ozsylum's moto version of the ginger haired "crazy cat lady" - like every town has - just wandering about the streets in a delerium with his blue milk crate and picking up stray little Honda fourstrokes everywhere;
"... oh come here, you poor little thing... just let Aunty Nev' take you home to her shed of moto-critters and take good care of you..."
Snow's not quite gone
I think you're a contender for the Silly Buggers Ride.
Hmmm. Dunno, that helmet is stupid heavy, as is the protection device. And I’ve only got 2 hands...
^^^ the "look" on the dogs faces is priceless...
