Is this a Rickman Norton frame with a Kawasaki H1 motor in it ?
Doesn't look like the frame was made for the engine.
I had a modded Mach III in the 70's and then a Mach IV.
After them I had a Norton which proved remarkably robust, but not enough for a head on.
I rode a mates Mach III later and found it completely unnerving.

Though probably dangerous for someone with little dirt riding experience - it looks like a featherweight compared to what goes for adventure bikes, but (I imagine - never ridden one) it's still hefty.
It's what I call aspirational - it looks like great things will happen when riding it.
I like bikes that say just with their looks, "We're going to do something out of the ordinary today."
That pipe looks like it could ‘deliver’.
