A couple of 1962 Honda 125’s
My mates Suzuki 'thing's. Actually goes quite nicely.
Nice but the carby looks a little vulnerable.
If you tilt your head and squint I'm sure I can see the basis for the XLV 750 motor in there.
... with bicycle style calliper brake on the front wheel ...
Power output is a healthy 15 bhp at 20,000 rpm. Lubrication is by wet sump; there are nine speeds in the gearbox. Dry weight is 50 kg
Honda mountain bike!
Needs ‘oversized load’ signs…
Wonder if they make a ‘pop’ sound when alighting…
Looking trough some old photos today. I think most will know the location and the people in the photo. Oh those day when we had hair.
If you see Claude now i think he still has hair similar to that. And the bike with the wooden boxes on the side.
I don't think the green BMW has changed that much either :)
^ I was just thinking , last time I saw Claude he did look very much the same as that pic , so did the bike .
The colour of the hair on Henning's head is a shade or 7 lighter though .
Here's Claude from 2012 at Jardine river crossing but I think it's a different bike and Claude at Bramwell Junction 2012. Looks the same but just with the distinguished look, ok grey hair like most of us
I have known Claude, since before he was called Claude. :) Back in the Mother Hardy’s rally days.
Another photo from the past. Bathurst 83. My Z1300 an mates GPZ1100
