    This is quite rare – a French made BFG (later MBK) 1300. The boxer engine was taken from a Citroen GS, has 70 hp and a beefy torque at low revs. French police had some of these …

    That's a really rare one. Only made for one year (61/2?) and only a few thousand produced. British cops mightn't have looked so miserable if they'd had those instead of LEs.
