1968 Triumph T120R Bonneville for sale in Bellevue, WA 98008

Very nice "ten foot" restoration, a good runner with NEW (not rebuilt) Amal carbs and electronic ignition.

Using Hemmings' scale of collector bike condition (Concours, Excellent, Good, Fair) the bike is midway between Fair and Good condition
The only lame thing is that the previous owner could not source a replacement tach so when the (mechanical) tach failed he removed it and ground off the "ear" that held the tach.

I sourced a working tach with the (uncut) bracket and those parts are included.
Also included is the pair of original Amals which need a rebuild.

Hemmming's prices for the '68 T120R are $16,400 for Concours, $12,200 for Excellent, $9400 for Good and $7200 for fair. I'm asking $8,300, which is half way between the Fair and Good conditions as described by Hemmings.

Sorry no trades, I'm downsizing and selling almost everything to get out of a giant suburban house with way too many stairs!

    Lots more pics here: https://www.smugmug.com/gallery/n-GfTMbn/

NO scratches on tank or side covers (photos show reflections of driveway)

Seat kit for 2017+ Vstrom 650. It's a stock seat that I picked up to modify. I pulled the staples, removed the cover, then came to my senses and ordered a corbin seat. Seat pan, foam, and cover are all great.

$500 or whatever sounds good, so long as buyer hauls it.
Must trailer, blown main seal or? I don't believe its the timing belt but I haven't even taken the cover off.
Went for a ride, clunk, parked it and it decided to evacuate all of its oil onto the floor.
The deathwing has served me well in the year I've rode the literal piss out of it.
Ironically before this happened I just did an oil change and replaced the shaft drive oil.
    Will start but not advised.
Renthal bars with risers, cbr600rr master cylinder up front, chopped adjustable windshield, fog lights, airbox removed and single uni filter, adapter plate to run car oil filters - takes pretty much anything that is 3/8 which is convenient.
Have a few spare parts, sissy bar and luggage rack as well as another seat the previous owner made up with a gripper cover.

Perhaps rebuild it and have your own "black pearl" replica, or huck it off some jumps "dos honduros" style.

2002 Chevy Tahoe LS AWD in Seattle $5k

in the flea market with more pics

    https://advrider.com/f/threads/2002-chevy-tahoe-awd-in-seattle.1503893/

Meet “Big Red”. She is a 2002 Chevy Tahoe LS AWD with 161k and a 5.3 Vortec V8 putting her 285 horsies/325 torks down.

Red resides in Seattle. For a paltry $5k she will be your new girlfriend and happy to relocate if you don’t live in latte-land.

It has been a charmed existence for Red. As such she is accustomed to a certain lifestyle. Consider yourself warned! Evidently there was a younger woman/home wrecker (an emboldened 2020 4Runner) that came along. Your best interest will be served if you are understanding of that as you get to know one another early on.

Red grew up in the Leschi neighborhood within a stones throw of Lake Washington. My good friends/clients... she Dr. , he Dr. , teen son 1 , teen son 2 , cat 1 and cat 2 always gave Red whatever attention/maintenance or repairs she might need over the years.

In my experience most 20 year old ess-u-vees are well past their prime. Not Red. She has many miles left in the tank methinks. Does she have perfect cosmetics? No... but darn if she doesn’t still have that sparkle. If Kate Beckinsale were reincarnated as an ‘02 Tahoe this is what she’d look like. BWAHAHA!

This is a nice old truck though. These folks lead extremely busy lives so whenever Red needed something she was promptly taken to the car spa. Power steering pumps, AC compressors, rear axle rebuilds, etc., are some of her more recent makeovers.

1500 miles ago the original wheels were having problems holding air so Red got all new wheels/tires. The new Cooper Evolution H/T tires are the oem 265/70-16” size. The new alloy wheels are the same 7” width as stock. However the wheels have just a bit more offset or “poke”. Subsequently Red looks a little tougher. Dare I say this Tahoe is “stanced”? I’m told teen son 1 had some input here.

Red starts, runs and operates as she should. Includes both factory keys, both keyless entry remote fobs and owners manual. The original cargo net gizmo had never been installed so I put it where it goes out back. There is a recent new Kenwood deck with all the modern accessories which is lost on me as I just listen to the radio. Red has a heavy duty receiver hitch with all the wiring accessories in place.

Everyone is fit/not obese in this family. No one smokes or goes to a MickyDees drive-through. Dogs aren’t their thing. Red’s cloth interior was not subjected to the abuse a typical merika family doles out. It still looks/smells good in there.

The windows are tinted and it has those sticky-on rain deflector doodads on each door above the windows. Normally for me those go in the round file however on this occasion I didn’t feel like getting rid of the leftover adhesive residue. If you don’t like them your mission is clear.

Aside from some minor scratches/dings here and there I don’t think anyone looking for one of these will be disappointed. Red has still “got it”. Especially when you mash the go-pedal.

Do you have something interesting with wheels and an engine to trade with? I’m listening.
