    Hey team,
Riding from Astoria to Bend to pick up a tank for the 501. I’ll be coming through on Friday.

If anyone has a seat or protection stuff or other farkles for a 2015 FE501.

So, if anyone in Bend has 501 goodies, please give me a shout.

Check with Trail Tech. They may send you a new one under warranty.

They sent me one for free when the pins went bad (I've since learned to periodically apply some dialectic grease). They did not ask for proof of purchase or me to return the broken one. Great customer care!

    Kudos to Trail Tech!

    Runs and rides great.
BMW panniers / Givi top box.
    Ram mount
    Servo abs removed
    Lithium battery
Switchable 12v and 5v outlets on the bars.
Risers, renthals, and BMW-branded windscreen made it more comfortable for me.
Did I say it runs and rides great?
She has a story... After I retired, I sold my commuter bike and decided I wanted something to carry my wife an me on longer trips. I had never owned a BMW and decided this was the time to, at least, look a little closer at them. I shopped around and talked to a lot of people, including owners, mechanics, sales reps, and inmates. I found this bike for sale by a local independent BMW mechanic who had been using it as his own steed for a couple of years. He commuted on it and did one trip to Wyoming, S Dakota, and Montana. This bike fit what I was looking for and looks cool, too. I love the F-15 style scoops. Seat height is very manageable (as opposed to the 1200GS).

There are two items that will attract the trolls but they’ve never given me a moment of trouble or heart burn.

The first is a small dent a couple of inches from the fuel filler. It’s about the size of a quarter. You can see it in the picture but the picture looks much worse than reality.

The second is that the bike has a “salvage” title. This bike was built by a professional BMW Independent mechanic from two different bikes along with bits and bobs from his personal parts stash. But, because it was totaled at some point, it carries the “salvage” label as its ‘scarlet letter’. I have had no problem whatsoever registering or insuring the bike and I would be confident enough to jump on it tomorrow to ride to Alaska (if the dang border would open).

So, this bike allowed me to dip my toes into the Beemer world without spending an arm and a leg. I enjoyed riding this paralever wonder so much that I have since added a 1200GS to my stable and no longer have a need for the R. Hopefully, it will allow someone else to enjoy a great-riding bike at the same $$ I put into it.

    SOLD!

I have 2 2013 Suzuki S40 Savage 650cc moto’s for sale. These came from my mother-in-law. Green one has 435 miles on it and the orange one has 705 miles. Both have been sitting. I cleaned the carb on the green one and it runs pretty good. I’ll tackle the orange one in the morning. 2,750 bucks each. Both have locking saddle bags and covers and battery tenders. Both have new AMG batteries. They are new bikes. Perfect for commuting in the city. I have the titles. Seattle

Don’t miss your chance to own a true unicorn of an Oset! This highly decorated 16 has been updated with a 10AH LiPo battery and programmable Kelly Controls motor controller. It’s possible to set the throttle response, max speed (voltage) and power (current) with the included usb cord and free software. Ride time is about 2-3 hours depending on the rider and terrain.

The brakes have been upgraded to Avid BB7 cable actuated calipers and speed dial levers. This combination allows the crew chief to really fine tune the lever reach and bite point for little hands beyond what most hydraulic brakes can be adjusted.

What rider couldn’t use some unicorn power? I also have a repaired fender with a green sticker kit that is included in the sale if something more subtle is required.

I’ll have the bike with me in Goldendale next weekend for the Columbia Cup. Otherwise the bike is located a little North of Seattle.

    Asking $1200

2019 Moto Guzzi Bobber Sport. Nampa ID. $7000. Original owner about 6K miles. MG wind shild, Zard slim pipes with removable baffles, Fender rack -covered by tail bag, LED headlight and driving lights. This is one of the most fun bikes I have had. Great low and mid range and revs clean to redline easily. Beatle ECU map for exhaust. 58-59 MPG - just can not keep off the gas to get to 60. I know it does not look like it but it turns in quick and handles great. Never any problem. Only considering selling because I am a bike whore and have the itch for a V85. PM or email for more pics or info I have forgotten.... P1000852.JPG P1000853.JPG P1000854.JPG P1000856.JPG
