I’d like to paint one of my Beemers to match my Bimmer.

Took the /5 up to Mt Rainier NP for an overnighter. Unfortunately, Stevens Canyon road washed out over the winter so it’s closed but Skate Creek Rd was fun.

Took a nice loop up to my local mountains yesterday, rebuilt trans and replaced spline gears on the rear wheel and final drive felt wonderful!

CCMickelson: That's Matias Corea's g/s crash in Bolivia that he captured on his GoPro. He featured it in his book,Two Wheels South. Extraordinary image.

Read it last week, never did get used to the thickness of the paper.

A most excellent book, and yes, very inspirational!

Today's ride ...Hope everyone enjoyed the 4th of july.
Another gorgeous day that called for a ride ... was not sure about the conditions surrounding the beach area although went for it.
This time took Decker Canyon down to the beach ...
I am sure some of you will also enjoy the bird view by the Point Mugu Base. :-)

For the first time in at least 10 years I have no airheads.

These 2 left for their new home today.

Not much happening in beautiful, downtown Auxvasse on a Monday after a holiday.

social distancing canadian style. pardon the shitty picture taken by my buddy and fellow airhead, bino. he is a good cook, though. make your own measurements. we offer no "distance advice."

Well I certainly can't like that :nah

Seriously though, glad you sold what you wanted to sell. I've toyed with buying a DR for years. Enjoy it :ricky

    No job, no good.
After my recent trip I decided an airhead wasn't the ideal bike for the type of riding I currently enjoy so the decision was made easier.
As you probably know airheads tend to find you so who knows what the future holds?
New owner already has a few airheads so they are off to a good home, he is pretty excited.

On my 3rd DR650. They are bloody good fun on and off road. This one is much modded -engine, brakes, suspension. I have a 17"/19" wheel combo for road running.

Old, fat blokes on trail bikes can irritate the odd sports bike rider :lol3:lol3:lol3
