Just found this thread, I am envious of the view you guys have. Here in northern Indiana it's brown
and open, corn and beans are cut , no more tractors to dodge. Just brown openness.

Aren't you mostly deciduous up there? I'd have thought you'd have a colorful fall but a bare, stark winter.
Yep . We don't get much in the way of reds, mostly a little orange and yellow for a couple days then brown. I live a 100yds from a river so they all stay green longer then dump all the leaves in the first heavy breeze.

Good eye, by the time I took the shot, the two bikes where gone.
I still posted the photo because poplar trees have incredibly white bark that stands out in the forest.

In the land Downunder winter is coming, the virus is nearly beat but not quite. Is it a race? Experts say it can't be beat, but fingers are crossed, I'm an optimist.
Yesterday I fired up the Harley and went for a ride around the neighbourhood just to remind myself it's a beautiful world, well, most of the time.
Today I ventured outside again and continued my loop around the block.
On the way to the front gate. I have thoughts of building a tree house in the tree on the left, it would make a great refuge, I wonder if the wifi would work?
