    Mine was way gooderer. I continued to ride it for a few more years (in a more standard trim) after that.

    It actually went pretty well on gravel roads and even did OK in the sandy tracks. It went so well it made me buy a KLE500 a few years later and made me think the 300 Verseys (sp) could be a nice little all roads touring bike.

    Not many late night bombers around my place. And I was going for the slim look.
    Besides that, horizontal was more expensive.
    And if it's out after dark, it's probably on its side.

    Expressions of Interest for this potential Scrapheap Bike.
    1997 Suzuki 250cc Across.
    Needs the usual things such as Carby Clean, Battery and Registration.
    Has good tyres but are a few years old.
    Bike was registered and ran well then parked in a shed for a couple of years.
    All money goes towards Team Inverell's fundraising commitment to the 2021 Scrapheap Adventure Ride.

    Rod, the owner of the James Comet is looking for a 125-200-230 single motor for this bike.

    The TL125 motor went back into the TL frame.

    Anyone know of one around??
