All of the data was turned over to their specialists to determine the best solution. Will know next week that they come up with.

While waiting for the new shocks, made a few more mods for the rig to breath better and run stronger....
removed the old bear claw... (note: this is a photo of what the bike looked like when I bought it.)

Installed a Ram Air intake from the UK, to match intake with output, have a short tunable exhaust on the right side only, lost the cat along the way.

Did not like the look of the OEM overflow tank there, so....

Ordered and mounted a new overflow tank...

Since the old Bearclaw crunched the air filter, it needed a trimming... and still have some weather protection.

More tweaks to come, have all winter to get it ready for a Key West - Prudhoe Bay run next summer.

p.s. these new motors are amazing, after installing the air filter, performed the 12 minute tune where the engine and its computer will diagnose the air flow, fuel flow, O2 sensor, temperature and self-adjust for smooth running. It did too. Smoothed out the low speed roughness it was experiencing.

So what was accomplished by installing the RamAir filter and stainless puke tank?

    IMG_3139.jpeg

All of these items were eliminated, deleted, removed, boxed away, freeing up space for more important doodads,
like say a glow in the dark Rubiks Cube or a single serving decaffeinated frappe machine. :*sip* Oh wait, that's for my BMW rig.
    Never mind.

Since I don't believe much engineering at triumph went into that air box, anything that gets out of the way of atmospheric pressure is a plus.

Been busy with the grandkids skiing over spring break, BUT planning an overnight ride Saturday the 27th to the Texas Sidecar Company's grand opening of their new facilities in central Texas. Photos and details from that shakedown ride to follow.

Following that will be a week long ride to the Sidecars in the Smokies rally in April. Am so looking forward to getting out on the road, got both my vaccine shots, unfeeling good, ready to roll. All in prep for the USCA National Rally coming up the first week of June in Mena, Arkansas. :happay

Your previous ride is back on 3 wheels. I picked it up Tuesday and drove until 4:30 AM to get it home.
