As you may have heard, once or half a dozen times, I will be venturing off to the pyrenees this wednesday for a week of fun in the mountains. Will hope to return on 22nd with lots of pics! Thanks to Razorback for the wunderlich crashbar instructions, they are now fitted and bike is ready to go.
If the weather is crap in the mountains, there is always the Cote D`Azure :evil .
Speak to you all when I get back.

The trip was great, far better than my trip in the alps. The pryenees are a must, if you are lucky enough to ride a bike in europe. Everyone made it back safe, apart from my parrot mascot which flew off with an eagle. I won`t bore you all with text of how great the roads were, only that the following pictures do not do the area justice. The GS behaved impeccably, and I totally anialated a lad on a suzuki gsxr1000 up the Col D`Aubisque and other mountain passes, so much so that he refused to ride anymore in the mountains and headed south for the boring straight roads in the dry hot sun. No more did the other riders call my bike a tractor :):
I can`t put all the pics on one thread so bear with me and I hope you enjoy some of the pics

Thanks again for the praise about the photo`s. Camera I used was a Canon Ixus 300.
Great news on my parrot, he is living it up in Banarba, Spain, just to the south of the pyrenees. Apparantly he got bored riding pillion, and states he got off with some chicks :rofl .
Got this picture through the post :):
