@Dan Cãta Is there an easy way to remove the cap from the right TB? I tried hammering it out with a flathead. wont budge. Im about to drill it and pry it out. How do you remove that cap Dan?

Ask someone to hold the intake for you.
Using the flat screwdriver in the bike's tool roll, hammer it with small taps from both sides, alternatively. It works every time.

@Dan Cãta I got the first bushing out with an m8 with great success. The 2nd one not so much. THe m8 tap stripped. I've been trying to tap a m10x1.25 but it literally wont fit through. How do you do it? Maybe try a screw extractor? I am scared because the edge of the bushing is stripped to 9mm inner diameter. I dont have much left to grab.

You can use the m10 tap, the first one in a set of 3, the one with just one line to it. You need tools if you want to do the job.

Using the tap is the easiest way. I think I also responded on the fb thread :)

Any tips on how to catch the threads with the m10x1.25? It doesn't want to catch the bushing. Can I use a hammer or something?

Just screw it in a couple of threads and then hammer it out from the inside...

UH AH! So the left one is called a bottoming tap. Ive been trying to use a plug type tap which is the middle one in the picture. So all i need is a bottoming plug m10

Hi, I like to know if there's any difference of the rebuild kit between a '95 R1100GS and '03 R1150GS Adv.

Yes there is, they use different throttle bodies.
As a general rule, same part number between bike models, means same part. The two bikes do not use the same parts, so the answer is no.
