Will there be a spark arrestor included/available for use with the complete system that includes the header? As JMo mentioned above, the catalytic negates the requirement for a spark arrestor. If the complete system with header eliminates the catalytic, the bike can't be ridden even on National Forest Service Roads in California. Have to have a spark arrestor to ride off-road.

Rally-Raid Products Africa Twin on the Illyria Rally recently, our Dakar rider Chris Cork rode the bike on it's OEM wheels & tyres 1800km from UK to Croatia, then we swapped to our own HD wheels with Enduro tyres & mousses, rode the 7 day 2000km rally, and then swapped back to OEM wheels for the ride home to the UK.
We also fitted our own billet top triple & scotts steering damper for the long sections of rocky tracks and climbs, plus Touratech Suspension front & rear.
Chris was the only big bike rider to complete the whole course, and on the most difficult day only him, on the CRF1000L and a couple of enduro guys managed an extremely difficult wet day.
We ran Mitas E12 on the rear and C17 up front, maximum grip and reasonable longevity, plus Michelin Desert mousses in both wheels.
Needless to say, our brand-new AT looked decidedly second-hand when I met Chris on the way back through Europe at Tractive Suspension in Nederlands.

Workshop updates......In an effort to increase our stock, and shorten lead times, our team have been working extra long shifts to manufacture as much product as possible to meet demand for our Honda CB500X Adventure kits.
The new, larger, factory, with CAD design, CNC machining, fabrication, plastic moulding and assembly all under one roof has made progressing product builds much more efficient.
It has been a massive investment, both in time & money, but we are seeing the benefits come through week by week.
The long summer evenings and bright early mornings certainly make working long hours more enjoyable.
Happy Holidays to all our customers, suppliers & friends.

Out of curiosity, do the Rally Raid brake and clutch lever for the CB500X fit on the Africa Twin?

We now are stocking the Camel ADV range of popular products for Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin, namely both types of Rear Fuel Tanks(to suit with or without panniers), their High Front Fender Kit, and both Std & Plus Footrest Hanger Brackets.
The plastic moulded rear tank holds an extra 6,5 litres, increasing the range by 100-150kms, great for long-distance travelling.
We used their High Fender Kit on our own Rally CRF1000L for the Illyria Rally, as the OEM front fender would clog easily with mud, and causing the fronmt wheel to lock.
Both the Std & Plus Footrest Hanger Plates are a big strength improvement, supplementing the OEM cast aluminium brackets, which have been known to snap.
These are now available, for shipping worldwide, from the dedicated CRF1000L section of our webshop:

Heavy-Duty Rally Wheels now available for Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin.
Our first set of 4 different types of wheels to fit the new AT, using our own design of aircraft-spec aluminium billet hubs, are these Rally-Ready wheels. 21"x1,85 front & 18"x2,50 rear alloy rims mean riders who wish to really push this 1000cc bike off-road can now run competition size enduro & desert tyres, plus bib-mousses.
Both wheels are laced up with super-strong stainless-steel "Bulldog" spokes, and are 33% larger section, and 60% stronger than the OEM spokes. The rear wheel has 36 spokes, instead of the OEM 32 spokes, and our front wheel has larger diameter bearings than the OEM front wheel, both of these additions will increase durability off-road.
We tested these extensively this year, most noticeably at the Illyria Rally in Croatia, where it was ridden by UK Dakar rider Chris Cork.
Suitable for tubed or mousse tyres
    Available now from our webshop:

Have you tested option 2 yet out on the road? I'd love to hear how the bike handles with the low wheels.

AT LAST !!!! After many months designing, testing and developing our Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin wheel kits, we now have both OEM size wheels in heavy-duty Tubeless or Rally option.
Our hubs are CNC machined from billet alloy and fitted with HD "Bulldog" stainless-steel spokes, corrosion resistant and 60% stronger than stock, plus our rear wheel has 36 spokes instead of the OEM 32 spoke pattern.
We fit oversize front wheel bearings for more strength, and both wheels accept the OEM discsm ABS rings, spacers and cush drive.
The tubeless conversion is done by our partners Bartubeless, in Italy, and come with a 4 year warranty.
No more worries about having to remove the tyres and tubes when repairing a puncture, or the spokes corroding or stretching anymore.
Our Rally version of wheels use narrower, enduro width rims, with the same heavy-duty spokes, but the narrower alloy rims, although not tubeless, are to accept either tubes or bib-mousses for racing, we tested these extensively last year on the Illyria Rally and other off0road events with great success.
both kits are available from stock in either black or gold.
