Not sure yet. Still in the development stage
Might have found something that will make a side stand mod easier. A fully adjustable billet alloy stand, that also has a "puck" option. I think the DRZ400 unit could be the easiest to make a bracket for?
case saver arrived today, impressively fast shipping coming from Oz.
looks great !
I thought you would get a golden/yellow one!
that would be great! my wife tries to pass the yellow off as a bee thing, but i say its closer to a banana.
I must admit that @Aquatic has beautiful penmanship

Interesting any more detail on this?
It looks nice! I like it a lot.
The US Postal Service had a difficult time getting the package to me, but it got here eventually. USPS kept sending it to the wrong town (twice). The address was labeled correctly.
Happy you eventually got it.
USPS service has deteriorated lately.
I thought I would ask here first since Auquatic has an 8mm neck spacer.
I have a YZ250 2001 triple set (well thats what the seller told me it was). the steering stem measures 247mm from the lower dust sel to the top of the stem. Do I need a spacer? If so is 8mm enough?
Check your dimensions again. 247mm perhaps?
Yeah thats the one .....
Yes you need a spacer. 8mm is the absolute minimum. You can go up to 10mm easily
As far as I'm aware, only the YZ125 stem does not need the spacer
Voltage Regulator brackets added to the inventory

Chain Guide bracket looks good, what about an aftermarket KTM assembly for the actual guide to mount on your bracket?
Also a question about the 25mm raising link. I'm trying to work out what bearing it needs. Is this a replacement Radius rod needing an 18x24x12 needle sleeve? Only one bearing needed?
18x24x12 is the OEM size. Seals are slightly recessed.
I have installed 18x24x14 and they work perfectly. The 2 seals are then flush with the outer face of the link.
Full compliment rollers are ideal bearings but caged rollers will also work.
