Should be at least no harder than the current washer, but I'm thinking even a little easier as there is something more to hold onto.

Just a small remark on your design and I am not sure that I am not talking crap but here goes:

That part should have a least 1 hole for securing it to the fork leg ( into one of the 2 brake line holder holes) with a screw? To prevent the small forces that might accumulate due to mud between the holder and the wheel hub who would tend to rotate it forward to create fatique into the material? Or with another words just to be on the safe side.

Other than it flopping around when the wheel and axle is out which could strain the wire, I don't see it needing to be fixed or located on the fork leg. I would think the compression from assembly should be good enough to keep it stable unless it got really, really packed with mud.

I think some product testing is in order!:evil I'd offer my bike up, but I don't run the Yamaha forks.

The conversion went off without a hitch, almost. The Sertao has a metal plate on the backside of the beak, makes it a challenge to mount the support bracket. A bit of drilling and it was good to go.

Well done on the fantastic parts.

Hi Aquatic, thanks for all your great work. I came here from the 350-page YZ suspension thread. Finally finished reading the thing. I think I finally have all my ducks in a row and parts ordered, except... the rear raising solution.

Do you have any of your extra fancy lowering links available?

    Currently very low on stock

I have 10 case savers of to the anodisers tomorrow.
3 sets of raising links in stock

    peg brackets material on order
    axle kits material on order

I am also in the process of sourcing suppliers as I am too busy making stock to get to the new products.
So things may be a little slow in the next month or 2 as I try shuffle stuff around.

So a small request for patience and understanding.

    Thanks for the enquiry
