Dual Kawasaki GPZ305 discs up front and a drum on the rear :)

Bonus info, the VFR mastercylinder also had a brakeswitch on it :)

    I have had a setback

I bought the Kawasaki discs and VFR system. However the VFR calipers are too wide. So I don't really know where to go from here :/

Considering single RD disc with the spacer I have and one VFR caliper. Will see if it can be made to fit tomorrow.

Just found out that I can get kawasaki calipers at around 20 USD per side. So that is also a viable option.

That'd be how I'd go. Even with the stock calipers, dual discs will give you solid braking performance.

I've decided that is the way to go. Unfortunately the stock RD disc is too wide, so it won't fit the VFR caliper either.

    Stock it is.

Should have gone with a full front end conversion instead of all this.

    Some news!

Going to Germany next week to pickup some expansion chambers and having a little roadtrip! Also took delivery of a set of GPZ305 brake calipers, so I'll need adapters for that.

I had a roadtrip involving driving 2000km on the German autobahn with small 55hp Fiat Punto, but I picked up EVERYTHING that I need for the bike!

Including: (Made for the stock RD frame)

You gonna do the Dale A/Dave F mod to the carbs?

I had a 350 a few years back and did it, ran like a raped ape and got 40 mpg.
