If the weather is still looking good....I plan on leaving about noon tomorrow and meandering up to the camp site.

So....is 202 or 1 better going north :ear I've done 1 a few times and while more direct, I don't recall it being that nice a route.

Any other suggestions coming from just west of Boston ?

    Cheers

I'm also looking for a good route coming from west of Boston.

I rode up to Waltham from Cape Cod today and will be leaving from Waltham tomorrow probably around the same time.

With promise of future favors I was able to receive a hall pass. ETA Freeport 4 pm or so, unless the weather takes a complete shite and then I will stay with my best buddies by the NAB, and not bring the trailer of course.
Sorry to hear the 2upadv crew won't be there, my personal selfish for not seeing you, real happy for the addition, your getting old man, maybe time for a 'wing.

Not sure there is one that won't take -
    A. all day
    B. you through every little 2 stoplight town and all day

I've found that there are always cool long cuts but sooner or later you have to hit slab

I don't have all day so I'll meander a while and if needs be just jump on the slab.

Uh, no. It's the wrong direction.

I'm likely leaving here at the butt-crack before dawn, on saturday. Work is swamped right now, so I won't be getting out early today. (or even on time, for that matter....)

You FF's better hang around camp till 9am or so on saturday, I just can't make it friday night.

Goodol - you riding the cali or the quota?

    Yay camping day :clap

I should be out of here before 2:00 (hopefully sooner) so I should be there around 5:00. I should have enough space on the bike to stop on my way in for a beer run. Also thinking hot dogs roasted over the fire would be a good snack:D.

I know EC and Baiku were wanting to get going early (likely on the road about now) but if anybody else is planning on going from the greater Manchester NH area and wants company for the ride let me know. I plotted out what I think should be a nice route of 130 or so miles. That's about 10 more than direct but it avoids portland and hopefully other areas of bad late afternoon Friday traffic.
