I'd like to go with the HDB guards but I might have a clearance problem...

The Dirtnblood submount riser setup that I have pushes the bars further forward than the BRP ones and I don't know if there's enough room left for the HDB guards without them smacking into the fairing

Anyone out there with these risers and the HDB's that can let me know?

I had that setup for a while and did not run into clearance issue.
Oh, I had the stock Ktm bar for reference.

Stock bars seem to differ between years of release. Paul is lookin to make templates for more specific fitting on these KTM 9XX bikes. If ordering a set might be helpful to mention which model ur fitting. If you experience problems getting them to fit give Paul some feedback. :ear

Good to know on the Dirtinblood risers and stock Renthal 792 bend bars....I was thinking of switching to the Pro Taper Pastrana FMX bars with less sweep...any experience with these and the HDB setup?

I had the pastrana and found them so similar to the 792 that I went back to 792 and gave them to a friend. The RC are my next choice.

So I got my kit today and promptly went to work....I got to this point and stopped as it seemed they were 'not even close'.....
how much persuasion are you guys using to get these to line up? I have an email into Paul but thought I'd throw this out to the collective....

Stock bars....I did not tap these bars as they are threaded for the 8mmx1.25....

That's all good. You can work them in and they'll fit. It's a great setup and just needs a little bit of elbow grease.

Yeah but they look as if they are rotated pretty far forward in the clamps. I can see the bottom marker line (on the bars) visible in the window on the upper clamp.

I agree. Roll them back towards you and the guards should fit just fine.

    Sorry for the noob question.
I have an ADVdx Top Clamp on my 990 and need an on/off switch on the top clamp for the LED's.
Is "12v 10amp On/Off Pushbutton" the right one to use?
