OH no absolutely different, They are the Proper bend for your wrist, Your wrists need to land on the gri on a "natural" angle (90 deggres perpendicular) also you elbow anf shoulder need to be align....

    One example..

Sorry I meant the same as your original run back in the day. I have your original set up on my bike now. Thank you BTW! One of the best things I have bought for this bike.

These are the same as the old ones then? Correct

From the picture I can only guess, but they look very close to the same bend..

So Yes, they are the same bars, I just run out of money and energy to keep making the clamps and this bars are the left over stock i have from years ago..

This protaper bars are suppose to "Last for ever" (at least on a GS) what can fail and was made the be a "Fuse" are the bar ends, even if they where made of 7075 alloy they are soppose to take the blunt of the fall and bend/break/deform, (No big deal one bolt and a little silicone and you are good to go..

IF you need some of them I can sell them to you for $15 a piece (I wish I keep my records if not, They will be for free for the old owners (even if they cost me $15) but as you know not ever very in the world is totally honest.

Ricky, so sorry to hear about your fusion. I had a 3-fusion done in 2007, but it healed quickly and I've had no problems since then.

I would like a silver bar (you call it titanium gray?) for my 1100GS. I'm a type F "Endo", if that matters.

I totally forgot the fact that made most people have no clue what "RIckybars" are, well a valiant low budget offers to provide the best ergonomic set up possible (It was a whole "Consulting system, very complex)..

In any case each of this bars perfectly replicates all the mounting/attachment points for the BMW controls and bar ends (for R1100GSS-1150GS-R1150ADV) including a asymmetrical outlet hole for the headed grips, so they will mount just like stock, except that your wrist and arms will be on the optimal position..

Also they transmit a minimal portage of harmonic vibrations, so you hands will be less tired, specially if the engine is not well tuned..

Lastly they are made for "Thermonuclear war" (Not the new Chinese ones sadly) and the provability of getting one bend one a crash or a spill is almost zero..

Maybe some endorsement from my old clients will confirm this points..

    Thanks

    Ricky
