per Fairbanks Daily News Miner "A 38-year-old Fairbanks man died late Tuesday night after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed on the Old Steese Highway. Alexander Holder was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into some trees at 11:31 p.m. near Goldstream Road. He was thrown into a creek, according to an Alaska State Troopers news release. The Steese Highway Fire Department arrived on scene and began life-saving measures, but Holder was pronounced dead at the scene just after midnight. The state medical examiner's office requested Holder's body be sent to Anchorage for an autopsy. Next of kin has been notified." I knew him as he was the service writer at Tails End Outpost. He was a good kid, took good care of me and many others. Alexander will be missed by all of us.
