Che cosa , non di più?
I thought of this thread when I saw the news about the earthquake. I see now tagesk hasn't been here since October last year. Anyone know how he is doing?
I think he is away from the main destruction.
shot him a quick note yesterday, he's doing OK.
Glad to hear that! I sure do miss his thought-provoking reports!
Come back Tage!!! We miss you...
Yes, I agree. Dove sei??
Si! Si! Please come back Tage!
The world demands it!

I too echo a return. How are some of us to live if not through you?
I was just in Agrigento, Sicily, and checked out the restaurant TageSK wrote about..."Manhattan" but these days he would be disappointed - the menu is bilingual!
Tage should do a food blog.

Tage! Your reports are like a fine glass of marsala and pecorino after a lovely (non-touristic) meal! Bump!
Spent 2 weeks in Rome in Nov. Discovered something called Cacio e Pepe. In essence it is macaroni & cheese...elevated to sainthood.
I need to hear the Scandinavian/Toscano thoughts on my discovery. In particular, how can I make this at home? We need him back.
Now that he is quarantined along with the rest of the country....he should have plenty of time to write ride reports!! But seriously, Tage, if you should happen to see this, I hope you and the inimitable Cappa della Familia are in good health!
As I understand, Tage moved back to Norway a long time ago. So no more "Riding in Tuscany" .
riding in Oslo...
It has been a while since Tagesk mentioned this place, so I decided to check it out on maps and see if it is still in existence. For my route planning....and for that of other inmates! Unless my gps in maps is very misled, the magnificent bar is BAR Panini Ai Sapori Di Una Volta. Someone was kind enough to post a photo of the menu, should you need to stimulate your appetites for both riding in Tuscany and for dining! And yes, there panino con porchetta is still on the list, along with many other selections.
