@UncleGra, on the way home, the orange tractor we saw just near the 3 green tanks and fill point was my old Daedong DK50...…….

I knew you would be excited :webers

That little yellow bubble car was giving it's owner grief. No forward gears. On saturday he drove it in reverse from the camp ground to the display area. Sunday he got the spanners out. Fail. It went on the trailer for the display.
Really, what sort of idiot puts up with old cars and such?

Out on the 250 this morning, which was nice. Still difficult to start, carbs will need further attention when I come home.
I was speaking with Les, who has my TTR engine. Looks like the engine is pretty much fine. Hone, re-ring, clean up the valves and bung it back together. Saul good.
Got the XS frame & swing arm back - painted.
Got another LC swing arm braced, to be blasted and painted 'ron.
Got spare ignition & clutch covers for the race bikes all cleaned up.
Taking the wheels of the 250 so the spokes can be replaced with stainless and I can stick new tyres on it in September.
Gave an old XS engine cover a bit of a work over with the random orbit sander and then a touch up on the buffing wheel - I'll spend some time trying to work out the best way of using both.
Gotta get all the batteries out and line them up with a trickle charger. Hopefully, the youngest son will remember to rotate the charge across the batteries periodically.
Bit frustrating this pottering about without any really intent to do any particular thing.
Spent a lot of time watching Dirk Gently.

But, I like leaving open ended comments like that. I enjoy smart arse responses. I get a chuckle or two. That's good.

    Too obvious. Try again.

I'd like to go to the show & shine. I'll be over a land far, far away. I'll post it onto theWagga Classic club's facebook page, if it's not already there.

I created a bit more space inside the Andy'z today..A couple of bags from Torpedo 7, cheap, 1 for each spare tube..they have there own straps and just thread the pannier bag straps thru and they stay on top of the pannier . This pic has the opening zipper facing the seat...but just mount them with the opening on the outside. DSCN1418[1].JPG DSCN1417[1].JPG
