Nice finish, Patch! Looks like lots of competition in the PA start.
Great job guys on steeler finish’s. I enjoyed all the stories and putting faces to the names. Lots of lessons learned , as well as having a great time. I had to bail early to take care of a few things . I promise to be more sociable at the next rally. Way to crush it lance !! Thanks for taking the time to show me the ropes and introduce me around.
My pleasure - was a great time for sure, and Scott never fails to put on a good show. 10 days to Niitwit!
Awesome ride Lance and great to see you again!
Great to see you guys, and thanks. I was gonna do a write up, but
HEY NIITWITS- YOUVE GOT MAIL
At least I have 9 days to prep
I need a job where I can take October off. Unfortunately the Red Sox aren’t hiring
LOL!!! Good luck in the NIITWIT
Thanks again for all the tips and tricks! That Void was awesome. Great to meet everyone! I owe Patch breakfast at Waffle House!
Did up a long-ass ride report, too... The Void 14 - A Virgins Perspective
Nice job to everyone who rode in the Void.
Thanks, and thanks for coming down to help with scoring, that’s really cool that you and so many others give so much back to this
When I saw that my route was 570-odd miles you were the first person I thought of
Nice write up!
It sure was a fun ride
Great report. That Chuck is alright!
“Fresh green herb” handoff had me laughing. I love Skyline Chili, but I would only risk enjoying it close to home, if you know what I mean
My version of event here:
Great report Chuck!
Chuck, your ride report reads very similar to the one posted by BasicJim. HaHaHa. Your new FJR looks great and incredibly well set up in the little time you had, prior to the Void. Congrats on a great finish and comeback after, what could have been, a much worse get off
Great write ups Chuck and BasicJim. Hate hearing about the accident but you did a heck of a job getting the new bike ready!
Lance, are you doing the 12,24 or 60 hour NIITWIt? We are doing the 60 and I'm still trying to decide where to start with the limited time we have to get somewhere the night before. This bonus format is a bit of a bear trying to sort out a route, about the time you think "I got it!" , you add everything up and have a feeling of "oh, that's no good".
24. (36 actually- or I better reread the book)
Start location undetermined so far- but I’m closing in on one I think. Been working a lot to catch up, have only spent a few minutes here and there on it.
Kind of wish I’d done the 60 but I’m buried at work as it is, lots of travel over the next 6 weeks
Need to knuckle down, I have unfinished business with this one. Stuck starting from the east part of the range, but I don’t think that’s a handicap though.
I’m on the public spot for it and there should be a link in my public trips starting Thursday.
You doing it 2-up again?
