    I knew this was going to be a good one...and it certainly is. Great pics & prose! Also, it's been a while since someone's ride report made me resort to the dictionary...never seen this one before;

    caliginous adj. Dark, misty, and gloomy. Who knew?

    I am leaving Ridgway Friday(27th am) and heading towards the area you rode today. Keep an eye out for fully loaded silver 1150gs somewhere in south central Colorado.
