Well.. The above picture is from red rocks national wildlife refuge. It's in Montana on the Continental divide route. Taken summer 2017. Excellent ride!

A few hundred feet from here.
Highway 12 a little east of Brice, about 2 miles. It's @ :47 seconds into this video.

To me it looks like the pull off east of of Brice, on hwy 12 east a couple miles from the junction where you turn to enter the park.

it's a short way onto 12, close to the Red Canyon visitor center at the Golden Wall trailhead
it's not as far as Ruby's Inn - once you get east of there you're headed downhill pretty quick - I take that road a lot
