My 3 year knitting project was a scarf. I finally handed it back over to the friend that got me started on it.

Most boring project I ever did. :huh

The new project is a tuque. Started it 2 weeks ago and am about 4 inches into it. :D

Shouldn't you be up in Estes with everyone else watching the Elk rutt?

I'm glad I don't live on your road this week... :hide

Wow this is a sad day for the rockies all we can find to talk about is knitting.

Anna and I just spent the morning cutting down trees and hauling wood, so we can be warm for the winter...and it feels like winter today the wind is 40MPH up here. Maybe if I head east I could set a new speed record on the GasGas 50! Of course the return trip would suck.

I went to several places today and there is no such thing as old used newpapers, So the bubble wrap would be greatly appreciated.

Let me know how to get with you on the wrap. If we can't do it soon that is OK and I will just run down to box and ship.

It was a parking lot headed into Estes. Fortunately, we were going the other way.

No tourists around the road to our new place; however, the number of deer was a little disconcerting.

Anybody good at backfocusing a camera?
