Harbor Freight Stores' "Giant Parking Lot Sale" + Printable Coupon for 20% off one item
I know we are all Harbor Freight junkies...
In the world of two wheels, If it's not life threatening it's not innovation.
Actually my friend Lance up here in Nederland has that exact model for sale. Photo coming soon.
The photo is from our "highway sale" last week. No one is going to follow signs off the Peak to Peak Hwy and all it's beautiful scenery to go to some crappy yard sale so we got 4 neighbors together and brought the sale to the highway! It was a lot of fun and I now have one car in the garage. If anyone needs a great couch or beat up folding tables I might even get 2 cars in the garage.
Sorry the photo is lousy but someone else took it of the scene. The Truckcycle is visible though.
Damn, that bike is cool! Cuanto cuesta?
Hey! I saw you riding by...and took this pic with my Brownie camera...
I don't have a pic of a big load, but this is pretty common...
Check these out. Cargo bikes. I like the Surly
I think he was asking $175 but I'm sure you could beat him up. Well actually he is 6'5" and barrel chested you might not want to beat him too much.
These things ride really nice and are very useable, but the turning radius is terrible. It's like riding a tandem solo.
The BMX side hacks are pretty cool. Multi-functional too.
where'd you get the two headed dog?
What were its names?
Oh, you know me too well
from the wtf thread - apparently this guys town rents pigs.
that or he bought some REALLY fresh bacon...
I'd give him that if it works, and if he will hold it for me until I can get up there... which may be awhile. Tell him you have a buyer!
He just left for Michigan/Paris/Michigan this morning. I will let him know and he does have house sitters who can help us. It works just fine. I dorked it around the side of the highway all day. The rear tire (standard 26") is dry rotted and need replacement, but the front tires (VERY STURDY, ODD SIZE) are fine. The saddle is an old man's springer (love it) with hot rod flames. It can hold up to 450LBS! And if you ride it unladden you need to lean into the turns! It likes to lift a wheel without weight in the front.
I'll call him now.
SO is anyone headed south with a trailer? Surely we can get this thing down to Salida for Duke.
Sweet! I have to run boxes out to UPS (on the other side of town) all the time, and on those days I have to drive downtown. Now I'll be able to park the car for good! Big Fattees sign for each side; perfect.
