Craigslist finds down the hall
WTB: PW50 and riding gear for a 4yo.
Does anyone in western Colorado have a PW50 in good condition they'd sell? Also looking for used knee/elbow, chest protector and size 11 kids boots for my daughter.
Friend of my wife’s. 775-316-0700
Thanks for the heads up. I'm pretty sure TTRs are a lot bigger than a PW. My daughter is deffently too small for one right now.
I have a really nice pair of alpinstars "dry star" pants. They are in New condition. I have never worn them because 3xl is 36-38 inch waist alpinstars land. Inseam is 36. It's too bad because these are really nice cool weather pants. They are much nicer in person then in the pics. Not a single blemish. Pic looks like there is fading but there is not. Knee armour inserts on outside. Cheesy hip padding as usual. $100
I have a TTR50 with training wheels that my son started on when he was five. The nice thing was he rode if for a bit with the training wheels and then the next year he was riding mellow trails and blm/natl forest roads with the whole family. He rode that bike all the way through this year when he was nine when he started on it and then went back and forth between it and an XR/CFR70. He is moving up to a CRF80 with a clutch now.
Let me know if you are interested and I can send pictures with him on it at 5 years old. I can probably beat whatever price off craigslist too.
This is last summer when he was 8.
Thanks for the offer, but after some googling a ttr will be too big for her. She is ripping on her oset now, but she is going longer than the batteries last and it's a pain in the ass charging it, especially camping. A PW would be nice because it's lighter and she can touch the ground with both feet compared to something bigger.
I can't belive how hard it is to find a PW. Lol.
If the Rotopax is still available I ll take it. I ll send you a PM to connect.
Sure thing. Msg sent.
500lb Capacity Tool Cart($45) and 2 18" Tool cases (knock off Pelicans)
Looks like cart is $86 at Home Depot and Amazon. Save $40 and the assembly hassle and buy mine for $45. It's clean but I'll hose it down before a buyer takes it home.
Two 30 in. by 16 in. by 4 in. shelves hold up to 500 pounds of evenly distributed weight
Avoid rust, chips, and dents with an easy-to-clean surface for simple maintenance
5-inch non-marring casters provide effortless and smooth mobility without scuffing surfaces
Convenient push handles include a variety of smaller compartments along with a cup-holder for additional storage
Durable polypropylene material ensures a long lifespan
Cases are 18" Duratool with pluck foam inserts (18x14x7). One case never used and foam is in tact. The other case was used to hold a camera body and lens and has some of the foam removed accordingly. $36.77/ea at www.newark.com. $20 each or $35 for the pair seems reasonable.
$75 if you want all three.

Fan of the Honda Reflex, by any chance? I've got one I'm going to part with...
Not sure if that qualifies as a trials bike...but it's loosely linked! In the family, so to speak.

Not much. The kill switch broke, but I was able to modify it with a zip tie and a little gorilla glue. I don’t use it much, relying on the key and the kickstand for killing the engine.
One of the Jesse locks isn’t there. I have it in a box. I must admit that I haven’t been able to replace the one that fell out. Might be wrong parts, but there is a lock keyed the same with the box of parts.
One small dent in the tank. Paint is fine at dent and it is barely noticeable. I tried to get a picture of it, but the lighting wasn’t working.
I bought it 5 years ago with 45,000 miles from a fellow inmate and would like to keep it in the ADV family. I am willing to haul it a few hours in any direction, if it would help. I wouldn’t hesitate to ride it cross country tomorrow. I keep a good record of maintenance and here’s some data: At 63,600 miles I changed oil/filter, transmission and final drive (which looked fine), replaced spark plugs, air filter and did a valve adjust and throttle body sync. I have never lubed the splines, but I’m pretty sure the PO did that around 43,000.
Here's a really nice late model RT https://advrider.com/f/threads/2016-bmw-r1200rt-25-609-miles-in-colorado.1439174/
