I think I'm set with options for now. Thanks all!
Interested in a low miles/hours KTM 500 exc
You'll put your eye out....
That seems to be a common reaction to my interest in a 500, but I’m thinking the opposite, where a properly set up 500 will assist in preventing me from “putting my eye out”.......says the 65 year old guy listening to The Clash on a Friday night
Looking for your old, don't watch any more, motorcycle dvd's. I have On Any Sunday and OAS II, that's all.
WTB cheap camper shell for a 2008 F150.
Does anyone do paint and body work? I have a set of 1/2 doors off my 1999 Jeep TJ that are now Black and I would like them to be white to match the Jeep. Or somewhere close even. I am in Broomfield and can travel but would rather stay as close as possible.
When did you get a jeep?
About 6 moths ago I got a cheap Jeep for the Cabin. I found lots of thing wrong and now it is no longer a cheap Jeep. So a couple of months ago I bought a cheap Jeep for the Cabin. The 1960 is in great shape and needed little. The 1999 needed lots.
Looking for a 7x10 trailer for my raft. TIA.
Looking for a cheap vehicle that has some ground clearance
Need another gambler car.
I'm looking for a PW50/CRF50/KTM 50 for my son. I know one of you has to have one sitting around that your kid grew out of.
I have an awesome TTR50. I think it is best of the the 50's because it has electric start and Dad doesn't have to stop, get off his bike, kick start the kid's CRF, get back on his own bike....much more enjoyable for my sons. PM me if interested.
Personally, I like the black doors on the white body. When I had my all white CJ5 with the black soft top I always wanted to have some vinyl made up in black that said something along the lines of "GENERIC JEEP"
Looking for a muffler for a 2006 KTM 200....preferably with spark arrest
Looking for someone that knows how to buff paint. My old 1960 Jeep has some oxidation (not super bad) and while I bought a buffer i am not having the best of luck. It keeps getting chalky in places. I am not looking for someone to make it all shiny and new just someone that can make it look not old and crappy It looks kind of like this now. Yes I would expect to pay something.
^^^ It's probably enamel. Once it dies, there isn't much you can do for it. Buff all you want, its will still look much the same until you get down to the primer.
Shining up a 1960 CJ5 is like me wearing skinny jeans.
You may think it will look better, but the reality says otherwise.
Go take it 4 wheeling, get it stuck on a tree or rock, bend some sheet metal, you will feel better.
Yea, I would just like to get rid of the chalk in a couple of places. Guess I will try a bit harsher rubbing compound and see what happens.
