I agree, but sometimes it's better to have the ride report reach an end than to fade into some sort of ill defined life log as sometimes happens with long term travelers.

Part of the power of this ride report was the goal and the way that Gary wove the people he met and their goals into his own (thinking of the well, facilitating the dreams of fellow travelers who joined him for part of the trip and the various surfers he supported along the way).

Part of the power of this story was that he did all that without getting distracted from his own goals. And the ending makes it all more precious.:freaky

That said, where to next Gary? :deal

Great RR! Took me a few evenings to read your entire RR and loved every minute of it.

Hope you will have more stories for us sometime in the future. The question is if it will be 2 up or on 2 bikes :)

    Gary & Jamie,

Nice closure to the super saga. Way to wind it down.
The kind and accepting spirit in which you've met and dealt with The World as you traveled with it has been, and remains, inspirational. So thanks! For everything, thank you for sharing it all.
I guess I'm feeling a little awestruck -but- really looking at it,
    the thing about this is
    ...it isn't "the end"...
    It's a new beginning.
    Peace, love,
and best wishes to you both.
    Bon voyage.

    Tom
