Always eager to enjoy Dennis' adventures and observations on life unfolding around him. I hope today finds him in good health and contentment with the sun shinning. Like many, I anxiously await his next update.

So Dennis, just finished reading your RR after getting tied up with life for a bit (source of inspiration to follow). Hope things are well. I just wanted to say, you've influenced many people in a positive way through this RR and that has VALUE! Would love to see you use that to help you do what you want to be doing. What ever happened with the book you were working on? If it's anything like this RR I would bet it would help you along and further influence people to follow their dreams.

As an aside, thanks to you, I just bought my second Ducati, a brand I had never really considered. A Panigale 1299, slightly used and obsessively maintained including not being washed only wiped to prevent corrosion? ha! This guy didn't fuck his girlfriend, he saved her for me... Picking her up next week.

I have bought some of Dennis' artwork for gifts to our major customers to hang in their offices. They *greatly* enjoy it. Huge success.

Ok, guys, I can't say, I'm 'back', but I will be. Lots of answers to my own questions, which I hope answers many of yours here, too. But first--questions?

OK, I'll bite - very interested in how things are going for you. I've been following from the beginning - you and I were at similar places in life when you took off. Software sales, IM Tri's, cars and motorcycles, just general Type A stuff. I kept on the path you left. I'm financially secure, but my adventures and memories are measured in weeks per year, and I've damaged myself enough over years of IM training that I seriously wonder what I was thinking and why a stupid race seemed so important. I'm finally in the process of leaving that life behind, but I'm doing it as an older guy, which isn't quite as much fun.
