Hot out here today, breaking in the top end and the suspension. 20190713_080336.jpg ran into AT Palmer and the big bike crew. Going to Los Padres in a couple of weeks to prep for Kennedy Meadows. Will post up here.

I'm going for a early morning ride tomorrow 7/18. My plan is leave staging area 1 at 7:30 am to spring, up rowher trail to ridge trail. then back along Sierra paloma road and back down rowher trail. Join if you can.
Nevermind, everyone else called in sick at work, no riding

Yep, however at the very top I chose a bad line and high centered on a rut ledge. I had to turn it around and decided to head back down the same way.

Hey all! I'm heading up to Rowher this saturday with a mate for our first local dirt ride... My KTM1290 and his KLR. Do we need to get adventure passes or permits if our bikes are road legal?

Anything else we should know before heading up? Others are welcome to join if you're inclined! I'm pretty good off-road, he's a newb, but both up for a good time!

Likely get up there around 7:30am this saturday - 24th August.

    Cheers,
    Luke

Yes, you need an adventure pass to park there. If you're not parking a truck there, you don't need anything but plates.
