+1 … Flyin' Brian? Best wishes for a good and quick recovery.
Yea, the back stairs to their cabin in GA are probably ten foot tall
They installed new boards and they warped
He flipped them over and restained them
Apparently they were slick
And he went all the way down on his back
He didn't seem to be too worried when I talked to him
Doc told him to take it easy for a few weeks
What is it that we used to do to post a link?
And change it from the actual address over to "Linky"
Hope Flyin Brian has a full recovery, I just did the same thing a couple weeks ago but landed on my face. All good though
Talked to him yesterday and today
As y'all know he's one tough fucker
This button, paste the link then type in the text you want...
That's the problem Buzz
We used to have to actually type the BS to make it work
It wasn't done for us
Not just this but multiple things
I agree. With 13k posts you’d think I’d know what I’m doing.... nope. I do recall the hyperlink thing, but I haven’t used it in awhile. Maybe it shows on the full site, and not on my fone
HOW TO POST A LINK
Highlight the text and click the link thingy paste or type the URL in dialog box
Pretty Cool, I did not know there was a cheese forum.
I took the easy way out and just keep a Smugmug account which makes posting pics much easier. Between this forum and jeepforum.com I can't keep track of different posting procedures.
Thinking it was the "less than" and "greater than" arrows
But that may have been marquee where you wanted it to stream
Went back and looked at some old ones that were done and can't seem to get the actual script to show
I tried, and couldn’t get the HTML thingy to show either.
Hey Alan, is this what you are looking for?
[ url="http://www.yourwebsite.com"]Linky[/url ]
delete the spaces
Yep, that was it...
Except Don't Use The Quotation Marks
Finally got a Doctor that's on the Ball. After a follow up chest CT to confirm the PE didn't come back he did a sleep test. Confirmed Sleep Apnea is the root of my issues.
Still getting used to CPAP but after a week starting to feel good and ready to start working and riding again. Only put 2500miles on the Vee since January.
Also been looking at Manufactured home for Live Oak. Found a leftover 18 for $10k off that checks most the boxes just need to work out the best finance deal.
Glad you're feeling better Jeff
+1, Jeff. I snore and have a bit of apnea. But the positions I have to sleep in to keep my lumbar disc happy would scrub a CPAP mask off. I couldn't even keep the eye patch on after either cataract surgery. Beth's ex had a nephew there in Houston that passed a week before going for a CPAP. My daughter was born with under developed lungs and had to wear a breathing monitor for the first 12 months. More than once I had to jump up and restart her breathing during the night. Thankfully she outgrew that problem. And we've had folks at the Scrub with CPAPS humming away happily in their tents. Nothing to fool with in the long run.
Getting used to it but did scrb the nasal mask off last night.
