Sargents is local to me so I went down there and grabbed a sest for my KLR after doing the sest dance on a ride to Tampa. Took a few rides to get “broken” in but was a game changer for longer rides to Alabama and the panhandle.

925DE86F-4D61-4741-90AE-B3BF1A694B5D.jpeg you are absolutely right about breaking it in. i wasnt super impressed when i first installed it, but now its really a night/day difference with the stock seat.

funny, i may be trading the mighty klr in on a road king tomorrow after getting it just right! guess thats how it goes sometimes

my new “adventure ride”...at least if you call getting old an adventure. nevertheless, that klr was about the best bike i could have owned to explore the southern half of florida. hope you guys who still have versatile rides post alot of pics in the future! Any of you guys heading up to Overland expo next month? I’m planning on riding up and wouldn’t mind company.

That Overland gathering is prime time for your Jeep d00d!

Good opportunity for a campout with the young one. :deal

Next year that might happen. Work has been way too busy this year for any vacations.

I'll try and remember to post up next time I go riding. The DRZ is currently in supermoto form and I'm not sure when I'll be switching it back over.

Cool, I've seen a bunch of dual sports and adventure bikes out on the road so I know I'm not the only one who has the itch.

Hello, new to dual sporting here in SW FL. I have ridden off road since I was a kid. Live in North Port so the DS gives me a little more freedom to explore. So far ridden only North Port and a few areas around Punta Gorda. Looking to check out North Cape, Yucca Pens and Venice/Carlton area.
