Cool. Thanks man! That one works. Looks like the tracks end at Crest Divide Road and South View Road. I’ll figure out the rest from there on GPS or a map unless someone pipes in with a good route down from there. Ridin’ Solo. Wish me luck! Hoping to be at the store in Foresthill at 7am for a 7:15ish start from there.

    Thanks again! Cheers

Lower temps and a little rain earlier in the week makes for some great fall riding. Almost no dust on the dirt sections and temp never got over 80º. Here's a nice Saturday loop... 315 miles / 9 hours. Big Bike Friendly with a mixture of forest roads, twisties, and a little traffic through Tahoe.

In Rocklin. Would love to get together with some locals and hopefully tag along on a ride

You wouldn’t by chance ride a KLR, would you? I was taking the annual family photos by Clover Valley park this weekend and saw a pair ride by. I live in Rocklin as well, and am an aspiring adventure rider (with two young kids, hence “aspiring”) that would like to get out and explore nearby.

    No,
I have a 1290 SAR. I am often on Midas and the surrounding areas. I live behind the AM/PM on Rocklin rd (well, not behind it, but in the neighborhood behind it), my office is over near Taylor/Del Mar. None of my friends have ADV bikes, looking to get out on some rides with people. I am sure there is a way we could PM or DM and exchange information.

Have any of you done the Lilliputian Hare Scrambles at prairie city? I am going to do it in a couple of weeks but trying to figure out what tank I should use on my bike. Any idea what distance the laps usually are?

Usually about 6 miles or so but more importantly is the time of race depending on the class you ride. Fast guys are 2 hours and slow guys are 1.5 hours but if you get there right before the cut off time you'll get an extra lap in.

I am in the Senior Plus C class. I would think that the stock tank of just over 2 gal would be enough gas for 1.5 hours. I may just leave my big tank on and fill accordingly. Less work.

I'm thinking of riding in Amador this weekend dependent on weather. 70% road/ 30% easy dirt

This Saturday, December 14, 2019 is the Nevada City Toy Run. This event is open to all motorcyclists. I have seen mini bikes, trail bikes anything with two wheels at this event. Every motorcyclist needs to ride this toy run at lest once in their life..

    Moose,
I have to supervise a job on Saturday. We have to shut down a building while the electricians do their work. I wish I could. Hopefully next time!

Motorcycle workstand for sale. Rancho cordova. $45

heavy duty wooden stand. 13" tall. great for working standing or sitting on a stool. way better than bending over!
You'll need your own loading ramp to push bike up. I've put heavy streetbikes and dirt bikes on here no problem.
Bicycle in pic is just to give you the idea how it works. Easy to stand up on end to save space. Tie downs not included. You haul.
