Mine made it to Montana! Looks great Lyndon, tell the rest of the crew that it is a first rate video report.

Quick question, who was singing the "Salt and Gold" song at the end there?

I wish that was true. My DVD is on the torrent sites, despite many attempts I can't get it down, and it has far more downloads than I have had sales.

It will make me sad if Salt and Gold goes the same way, not because of any economic interest, but because it's an ugly reflection on human character. In public, people say one thing, in private they do another.

    :dunno

PS: This is certainly not a criticism leveled at you, Joe! Just an observation and I suppose a plea to people to be honest, there is no honest reason to upload the DVD to torrent sites.

Watched it last night, absolutely awesome!

Well worth the wait and the money.

Makes me want to go back and read the entire ride report again.

For me it isn't even a "gray area", it is theft. When someone downloads a video that you have produced without paying for it they have just stolen the purchase price amount from the producer.

Someone's time, effort, and money is put into any type of video production. I don't work for free, and I don't expect anyone else to either.

    Rant Off

Hmmmm. The mailman caught up to me a couple doors before my house and said 'I think you've been waiting for this", but was it my copy? No, just my boring income tax return. I would have traded that tiny cheque for some Easter weekend viewing. Maybe next week? You did mail it right Ned?

Canada is weird. Some people get stuff in 2 days, some people get it in 2 weeks. Doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. :dunno

:nod I see the same thing when shipping ADV tee shirts. I can send shirts out at the same time, one to Australia, and one to Canada. They get it in Australia in about 3 or 4 days, and the one going to Toronto can take weeks. :scratch

Preachin' to the choir. Sometimes I actually forget I've ordered something then it arrives. . . surprise! Who doesn't love getting stuff in the mail? I was just hoping to have something to watch this weekend.
