I just use a Canon G15. Small enough to put in my pocket. I don't know much about photography, so usually have it on auto. I can use a lanyard and take pics while I'm riding. Sure wish I could take some like some on this forum. I did get one on Adventure Bike Rider's calendar, though.

All of the South Dakota photos were with a Nikon P900. The eagle photo was a small Sony with a 10x lens.

That's one of my fav's also. He is about the size of a small suv. He was noticeably bigger than all of the others.

I use a couple of different cameras. My DSLR is a Canon with a 100-400 lens for wildlife. Super nice pictures and fairly easy (straight forward menu) to use but it’s large and heavy. The second one is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-zs100 with a 25-250 (10x) lens. Small and portable but it’s menu intensive (read confusing) and takes a long time to get consistently good pictures. Once you get the hang of it though the pictures are great. My best camera ever was an old Canon PowerShot S5IS. Took the best pictures time after time and easy to use. Unfortunately after many years of bouncing down the road it finally crashed.

Rolling down a familiar country road yesterday, I saw these two guys (steers actually) and thought they should be shared here.

These Texas Longhorns are quite obviously pets, and equally obviously accustomed to being hand fed. As market animals the breed has seen its day and is impractical if only for the trouble of transportation. Still, pretty cool seeing them contentedly grazing in a lush pasture and well cared for, including the hand feeding.

A while back I bought a really nice prosumer camera with a 30x zoom lens, but it mostly sits in a drawer. For an on-the-go camera, I mostly continue to use my little nine-year-old Canon SD780is, which is a 12.1mp 3x zoom, because it fits in my front jacket pocket. I really should admit that I don't use big cameras and buy a state-of-the-art new pocket point-and-shoot.
