Ordered a Nexx XD1 on closeout that came in with a broken peak extensor, both sides. It looked like someone had installed it, overtorqued the screws, cracked it then took it off and returned the helmet. Anyway, the peak extensors are out of stock everywhere. I emailed Nexx to see if they could source one for me. They emailed me back with an apology, asked for my address, and sent me one free of charge. Its good to see a company that stands behind it's products and customers.
