I hate to say it but a used Jeep starts making more sense.
Farley, I just picked up a 2020 Pioneer 1000-3. Put a moose front mount plow, glass windshield and roof. Going in this weekend for half doors, heater, windshield wiper and rear sliding window enclosure. Already have a Jeep wrangler but spent $$$ on the pioneer specifically for plowing. These things are money pits for sure.
Hey! You're not supposed to be out in the garage working on your SXS, you're supposed to be indoors rehabbing that hip!
No wonder you feel you are healing up slow!
Shhhhhhh. Don't say that out loud. Actually having local Honda dealer picking it up, doing the work, and delivering it back to the garage. All I do is sign the check!
Glad you are taking it easy. But remember, it's never a good idea to buy things while on painkillers. DAMHIK
A friend brought his little quad to a property where I do trailwork. Was nice not to have to him carry my chainsaw for me
Pretty well for a 2wd
He got hung up once or twice
Is he a giant or is that a kids atv?
He is a little heavy but he is a fairly short guy.
I'm not super familiar with quads. Its the Honda 250 sportish model
That's a cool, little machine! My buddy is selling his '14 Polaris Sportsman 570 and I'm thinking of buying it. It comes with a powersports bumper, luggage organizer and other atv accessories.
That is a nice machine, now I have to sell my Polaris Outlaw with the KTM 525 motor and upgrade!
I wish Polaris would have kept developing the Outlaw. An independent rear in a lightweight sport quad makes a lot of sense for a trail rider. Honda's TRX700XX was an interesting take on the concept too.
Yeah, I just looked and saw that the Scrambler uses shaft drive so the 525 outlaw may still be faster due to the 25% power loss of shaft drive.
Oil change and Giant Loop bag ready to go...

Where I was riding today a couple guys had side-by-sides. The CanAm Commander looks really nice
I found a great deal on a CFmoto Zforce 500
With my wife excited about it, I decided “what the hell”
My dog is riding shotgun. Just took it on a short ride. Will find time to play this weekend.
Grand kids keep growing and I saw this Yamaha Grizzly 125 in the local classifieds.
Excuse to upgrade her Polaris 90. When I brought it home she who must be obeyed
didn't agree with my logic. I continue to believe "forgiveness over permission".
The grand kid will see it when she gets out of school. Her brother has given it his blessing.
My wife drove a bit. Started to get a feel for it on our little trail.
The little CFMoto is still working well.
Awesome day out in the woods. Rode and did some trailwork. My buddy had a flat so he volunteered to drive the UTV w/ chainsaw and tools in the back
