Deadly that is one gorgeous950, very inspiring. Whose exhaust did you use? Or did you build your own?

I bought it from a friend (Flanny). He welded the pipe, the can was an akropovic from a Yamaha R1.

The pipe gave me lots of stress, too thin, shitty welds, etc. I never got the jetting right either, even with custom jets, etc. Sounded and looked good :D

Still on the fence about which system to use on the "new" 950.

Yes msr is an Italian industry.
This exhaust system is so good, you can choose different mufflers... Mine is an inox version (the most economical) but I'll want to buy the titanium version...
Price is 600€ but I'm not sure because I did not buy it.... I did change my old akrapovich mufflers with this..
I like very much this exhaust system. Bye bye hot under my back and near my right leg.
You cannot mount it with the original engine guard

    Molto Grazie Giorgio!! www.msr.it?
Modifying my bash plate will be easier than making Rallye pipes from scratch :)
    cheers!

Are you sure it is msr.it ? I found it to be a nonsense.
Isn't it rather www.msr-exhaust.it ? This one has a little bit more to do with "exhausts" ;) .

I'll snap a pic today and post it up. it can answer your questions.

This is an old pic of when I was installing the system. Here you can see where the forward header and rear meet,, there is a 2-1 pipe that connects them . I'll grab a fresh pic to show that.

You can also see the rubber bung for the center stand in the center of this photo. (there were two, but due to interfearence , one had to go. )

    Hi guys

    The GPR
system served well on my Adv for a number if years before it was sold with a set of tanks to make way for. SSO rottweiler system from CPR
Whilst I have nothing against the GPR the quality of workmanship on the CPR system is unmatched on any other system I've seen not to mention if being a balanced (equal length) design which when matched with a rotti intake makes for an exciting ride. Having said that I don't see that they are available for purchase atm on the website???
I'll snap some pics if anyone is interested?

Yes, please do! That's the EXACT setup I'm planning on going after. I saw he mentioned it on their Facebook page, but haven't seen any photos yet. I've been impressed with everything else they've made so far, so it sounds like they're continuing that trend with the SSO kit

Cross post, another 2 - 2 pipe system... not sure if it's available commercially yet. Fabrication work is sweet though! Landmark Works (Italia)...

True dual with no x pipe connection. This would better more high rpm power gains with loss of torque, correct?
