I had a feeling this photo would appear. Nice one, eh?
It was early this year in this pic. I'm now jumping jeeps, quads, and everything else that gets in my way .
Amazing!!There is one strange thing though...Only 950 are able for wheelies!!It seems that it is true what I read in a greek motorcycle magazine :it's too hard for 990 efi to wheelie!!!!
A couple of friends
Yes you're true, I forgot this point, I always jump in high rev as if I was trying to wheelie the bike.
I love this shot
These bikes weight like,............ thousands of pounds, don't jump em, ever, never.
It voids the warranty I am told.
Did you ever wonder why Evil Knevil was always crashing? He jumped a big ol fat Harley. The man was a bad ass. I wouldn't jump a Harley off a curb, much less Caesars Palace.
KTM 9XXs are just big fat orange Harleys, imo.:eek1
I bet those landings rattled his ancestors......
First one to identify the reference wins $20.00.
Maybe the orange ones are, butt the other colors fly like birds:
This beauty is buried in a thread by nevgriff64 in Exploding Heads. No idea who the rider is or who took the picture. I'd have loved to have seen this!
I think the landing registered a 4 on the richter scale here in the UK..
I don't know if it's just the camera angle or what....but I'd put that at about 10-12' of air...where's 'the rest of the story' on this photo...??
talk about pinched tube and possibly other more relevant compression damage on landing
Yes, I'd be worried about compression damage to my spuds!
A couple weeks ago in New Hampshire.
I think this pic is from one of the earlier Erzburg rallys. It is always on the Erzburg site as a link button.
A little one as I left my dad's house on fathers day. this was before akra's
now after having the carb and exhaust work done its hard to ride this bike without indulging myself in a nice wheelie through 1st gear.
Yes that's a Cop on a ST1300 in pursuit! The rider's name is Frank I think. Anyone know more about this? Has to be a great story.
Looks a bit fishy, butt a great image none_the_less.
