Does riding extended wheelies like that starve the motor for oil? Just wondering when you keep the bike tipped up like that, where the oil pickup is?

Be careful Aurel - you may be a youngster today - but age creeps up on you fast. Won't be long before them 'knocker's' in your Avatar will be bouncin' down around your knees !

Aurel - get yourself a ticket to Cleveland, OH, USA - I'm located about an hour's drive from KTM North America. I know the folks very well ! I'll round up a couple of KTM 950's for us - and show you how a 52 year old 'gray haired fat belly' guy rides !

Shit Greg, I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering where you've been. You're obviously doing the right thing for longevity and of course your lady's sanity, but damn that sucks. Can't you at least take up sport touring or something less 'impactful' on the knees? That 950 will do just fine on the highway, ya know....:nod

These bikes are dry sumped. so your not relying on an oil pick up in a sump, which could suck air doing this sort of thing.

    :D

It's hard to be "stealthy" when you ride one of the orange/FAST ones...............................

I'm almost 49 with a nice grey beard and don't wear my pants near my belly button. I also TRY to obey the law.......but it's just so fuckin' hard to do when you ride one of these hooligan bikes. When I'm on a road that I know "Johnny Law" doesn't hang-out on alot......FUCK IT, time to have a little fun!
BTW, this road was closed for the "Sandblast Rally" race.
    Rally On!!!
