Yet another great one, Walter! Nice way to unwind at the end of the day really shows the toughness of the terrain in a way I hadn’t seen yet.

Its been a while. Struggling to find time at the moment but we have Episode 18 up and ready. The team continue along the BAM and cross the low-lying boggy flat land between the Vitim and Kuanda Rivers. Lots and lots of extended swamp / bog / giant puddle riding clips in this episode.

safest bet is taking a truck from Kuanda town. Railway bridge guys are unpredictable.

Somewhere in that video as you are riding along you go past a set of about half a dozen steps going up to the railway line. There's a nice strong handrail. For safety purposes no doubt. Stood out for me amongst the mayhem of the rest of it.

    Wonderful videos. Totally addictive.

I'm resigned to riding the x-challenges fatter and uglier sister, a F650GS Dakar...

@Colebatch How many videos do you expect there to be in total?

I watched the first ten or so, but the anticipation between episodes was killing me, so I've resigned to binge watching them all once they're all out. The videos, like this ride report, are absolutely amazing.

Another question, is your other sibirsky extreme DVD available in digital format for sale?

I am enjoying them all and the time between videos allows the suspense to build.
Thanks for all the hard work of editing and narrating.

Thanks Walter , another brilliant episode !

Got me so excited I had to jump on the bike , head down to the bottom of the farm and race the incoming tide across the creek a half a dozen times just so as I could get the full sensorama effect !!
Luckily Mission Control is visiting a friend in the South Island so I didn't get the " You sorry sad fuck " lecture when I came back all covered in muck !

Episode 19: The route moves away from the swampy boggy sections that dominated episode 18 between the Vitim and Kuanda, to more scenic territory riddled with old rotting wooden bridges on the section between the Kuanda River and Chara. But first we have to cross that Kuanda River:

Enjoying as always. Followed along on originally posted journey, these vids have been a great thread reminding me of the great amount of time spent & pleasure derived from following the original RR.
